Students who have had a high enough proportion of Merit/Excellence grades in 2025 can apply to be in an accelerator programme through select schools. This programme involves a support staff within the school supporting students with identifying suitable scholarships for their area of interest, and then supporting the student through the application itself. Students need to be in Year 12/13 in 2026, and should be 16 years of age. Male students are supported through the University Men’s Network (UniMen), while female students can receive academic/scholarship support through other organisations.
Note that spaces are limited, so applying for the programme earlier in the year is encouraged.
